Based on recent reviews, and the lunch I had today, I think they are trying to get back to prepandemic Annies. Yes the prices are high, but thats true everywhere in MPLS. My burger was really good, a side of fries was reasonably priced, and service was top notch. I just wish the whole patio was open today.

5 stars. Nothing fancy but oh man good food. Really good burgers and chicken sandwiches. Huge basket of fries, half order too! And the shakes try a shake. Basic diner menu with a bunch of sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and icecream.

Went back after it reopened March 2024 and it was just as good, and possibly better, than we remember from our college days!

Perfect spot to come for classic shakes, burgers, and fries. I got a delightful mint brownie shake and shared a huge half portion of fries between 2 people. Such lovely service and such an aesthetic and cozy spot. Excited to come back!

I went to the U of MN years ago, was taking my kids back to campus for a visit and was so excited to see Annies was still rocking. Good food, Great malts, everything I used to love and more.
